Spicy Roasted Almonds

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • While you're waiting for the oven, add ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix until almonds are completely coated.
  • Transfer almonds to a baking sheet and place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.


Tip – Store in a mason jar with a tight lid.
Tip – For better digestion, soak almonds in lemon juice and cayenne pepper for an hour before roasting.
