Maple Snack Clusters

  • 2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 medium ripe banana


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mash banana in a large bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Halfway through use a spatula to flip pieces over, breaking them into smaller clusters
  • Let cool before serving.


Tip – Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
