vanilla extract

maple syrup

chia seeds

medium ripe banana
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mash banana in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Halfway through use a spatula to flip pieces over, breaking them into smaller clusters
Let cool before serving.
Notes
Tip - Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
Plan Ahead - Prepare quinoa the day before.
