Maple Snack Clusters
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medium ripe banana
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mash banana in a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Halfway through use a spatula to flip pieces over, breaking them into smaller clusters
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Tip – Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
