Spicy Kale Falafel
Ingredients
- 2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 cup kale packed
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper can use less depending on spice tolerance
- black pepper
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place your ingredients into your food processor and pulse until ingredients are well combined.
- Scoop the dough out and roll them into balls or form into patties and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove falafels from oven and allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Tip – For a crispier crunch, you can pan fry these in a little bit of oil on medium heat.
