Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place your ingredients into your food processor and pulse until ingredients are well combined.
Scoop the dough out and roll them into balls or form into patties and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove falafels from oven and allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Tip - For a crispier crunch, you can pan fry these in a little bit of oil on medium heat.
