season to taste
Instructions
Cook couscous per package instructions.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Notes
Plan Ahead - Chop veggies the day before.
Lower Fat Option - Reduce or omit walnuts.
Gluten Free Option - Use quinoa instead of couscous.
