Spicy Mustard Hummus Dressing

spicy brown mustard

fresh black pepper

Instructions
Spicy Mustard Hummus Dressing
Whisk all ingredients until creamy. Add more lemon juice if necessary.
Pita Pizzas
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Slice your carrots in half, place them in the oven, and grill until tender. Remove carrots and set them aside.
Add your pita bread to the oven for around 10-15 (make sure it doesn't burn).
Remove your pita breads. Layer with hummus, arugula, sliced tomatoes, and grilled carrots. Drizzle on Spicy Mustard Hummus dressing.
Notes
Tip - Toasting pita is optional.
Plan Ahead - Prepare carrots the day before.
