or use gluten free all purpose flour

chopped walnut

grapeseed oil

unsweetened apple sauce

coconut sugar

Instructions
Pre-heat oven for 375 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients.
Stir to combine then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spoon batter evenly to distribute into silicone molds or greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are light brown. Make sure not to overcook.
