Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place tater tots on baking sheet, sprinkle on seasoning, and place in oven for about 20 minutes.
While tots are cooking, steam kale (do not over cook). Set aside.
Remove finished tots from the oven. Toss tater tots, buffalo sauce, and ranch in a bowl until the tots are completely coated. Top kale with your tots and enjoy.
Notes
Lower Fat - Replace tater tots with 2 medium potatoes and omit vegan ranch.
Soy Free Option - Use 1 large potato instead of tater tots.
