1/4cupgluten-free oat flouror any gluten-free flour you prefer
1/4cupalmond milk
2tspflax seed
1/2ripe banana
1dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Mash your ripe bananas and add them to a large bowl with the rest of your ingredients. Mix well.
Place a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the skillet, and cook until are dry. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
Top with banana slices, walnuts, and maple syrup.

Tip - Pulse oats in food processor to create oat flour.
