cooked

Cayenne
depending on spice preference

maple syrup

coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
Salad

quinoa
cooked
1 1/2
cup
lettuce
add more greens if they fit in your jar
Dressing
1 1/2
tbsp
oil free hummus
1
tbsp
spicy brown mustard

lemon
juice
fresh black pepper
to taste

dried dill
or parsley
Instructions
Spicy Chickpeas
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add chickpea ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Add chickpeas onto your pan and place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Spicy Mustard Dressing
Whisk all ingredients until creamy. Add more lemon juice if necessary.
Salad
Load chickpeas, dressing, and the rest of the salad ingredients into your jar and store in fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
Plan Ahead - Prepare chickpeas the night before.
