Taco Bowl
Ingredients
Taco Bowl
- 1 potato medium
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 cup lettuce
Pico de Gallo
- 1 tomato medium
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
Pico de Gallo
- Chop tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Place in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the bow. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined
Taco Bowl
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice potato into fries and rub them with taco seasoning.
- Bake them for around 45 minutes or throw them into an air fryer for 25 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add cooked fries, black beans, lettuce, avocado, and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
Notes
Tip – For extra crispy fries, soak sliced potatoes in water for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse. Soaking fries removes excess starch and allows for crispy fries.
