Roasted Asparagus

  • 12-16 oz asparagus
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cut off the ends of asparagus.
  • Place in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, if using, and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Mix around with your hands until completely coated.
  • Add asparagus to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in oven.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes depending on your desired crispiness. Serve.


Tip – If you can't find lemon pepper seasoning, then rub asparagus with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
Lower Fat Option – Omit olive oil.
