Pumpkin Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup canned or pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nut butter of choice can add more if necessary
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice


  • Mix all ingredients together, either with a spoon or in a food processor. If your peanut butter is hard, you might want to warm it up a little first.
  • This spread is good on toast, in oatmeal, or even eaten straight-up!


Perfect for on the go with toast, on an apple, in oatmeal.
