Powder Blue Walnut Milk Smoothies 💙
Ingredients
For Walnut Milk
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 4 cup water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
For Smoothies
- 2 cup walnut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
Instructions
For Walnut Milk
- Soak 1 cup of walnuts in fresh water overnight.
- Rinse the next day and add them to your blender, along with 4 cups of water, and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. Blend well and then strain.
For Smoothies
- Take 2 cups of your walnut milk and blend with your frozen banana until creamy.
- Pour your smoothies into your jars, sprinkle the spirulina in each one, stir, and enjoy!
