For Walnut Milk
1
cup
raw walnuts
4
cup
water
1
tsp
maple syrup
For Smoothies
2
cup
walnut milk
1
frozen banana
1
tsp
blue spirulina
Instructions
For Walnut Milk
Soak 1 cup of walnuts in fresh water overnight.
Rinse the next day and add them to your blender, along with 4 cups of water, and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. Blend well and then strain.
For Smoothies
Take 2 cups of your walnut milk and blend with your frozen banana until creamy.
Pour your smoothies into your jars, sprinkle the spirulina in each one, stir, and enjoy!
