  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered or regular peanut butter
  • 2 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 cup coconut water or regular water if you prefer


  • Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.


Substitution – Sub peanut butter for powdered peanut butter or use almond butter.
Tip – You can also replace peanut butter with tahini or sunflower butter.
