Garlicky Kale Salad

Garlicky Dressing

  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder


  • 2 bushel kale



  • De-stem kale, wash, rinse and drain.


  • Add dressing ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add water if necessary.
  • Drizzle dressing over kale and serve or massage into kale until tender.


Extra Calories – Top with 1-2 tbsp of hemp seeds or 1 cup of chickpeas.
Soy Free Option – Use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
