Edamame Cashew Salad
- 2 handfuls Seapoint Farms Organic Edamame Spaghetti
- 2 cups diced cabbage
- sesame seeds optional
- 1 handful of unsalted cashews optional
- 1 cup steamed sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cups shredded carrot
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Aminos teriyaki sauce
- Prepare pasta according to instruction set aside.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and add in the noodles last, incorporating into the mixture, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
Lower Fat Option – Omit or reduce cashews.
