Edamame Cashew Salad

  • 2 handfuls Seapoint Farms Organic Edamame Spaghetti
  • 2 cups diced cabbage
  • sesame seeds optional
  • 1 handful of unsalted cashews optional
  • 1 cup steamed sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cups shredded carrot
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Aminos teriyaki sauce


  • Prepare pasta according to instruction set aside.
  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl and add in the noodles last, incorporating into the mixture, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.


Lower Fat Option – Omit or reduce cashews.
