Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 3 celery stalk
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp yellow curry powder
  • salt & pepper season to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Notes

Lower Fat Option – Use spicy brown mustard instead of vegan mayo.
