Cocoa Dusted Almonds

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup


  • Add almonds to a medium sized bowl and set aside.
  • In a small sauce pan (or microwave) heat maple syrup and vanilla extract over low to medium heat.
  • Pour maple syrup over almonds and mix together until almonds are completely coated.
  • Transfer almonds to a zip lock bag. Add cocoa powder and sea salt to almonds and shake until completely coated. Serve immediately.


Tip – Store in a mason jar with a tight lid.
