Chocolate Pb Balls

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 4 dates soak for 5 minutes
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips


  • Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to food processor or high speed blender.
  • Pulse until ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
  • Scoop out your dough and start forming into balls (about four small ones).
  • Take your chocolate chips and add them to your balls.
  • Freeze for about 5 minutes and serve.


Tip – Store in freezer for future use.
Plan Ahead – Prepare balls the day before.
