Chocolate Pb Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 4 dates soak for 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to food processor or high speed blender.
- Pulse until ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
- Scoop out your dough and start forming into balls (about four small ones).
- Take your chocolate chips and add them to your balls.
- Freeze for about 5 minutes and serve.
Notes
Tip – Store in freezer for future use.
