Chili Roasted Chickpeas and Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 can roasted chickpeas
  • 6 carrots diced
  • 1/2 red cabbage sliced
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper season to taste
  • chili seasoning Simply Organic Seasoning, Mild Chili – 1 oz packet

Instructions
 

  • Place all items on a greased cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Distribute the packet of seasoning over the cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

Extra Calories – Add 2 cup of cooked quinoa.
