Blueberry, Orange & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cup unsweetened soy hemp or almond milk
- 1/4 cup orange segments chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Let rest for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
