  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cup unsweetened soy hemp or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange segments chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Let rest for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
