Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 oz non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon juice zest
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Tip – You can also skip the first step and just add your ingredients into your jar, close the lid and shake it up really well.
