  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cup kale fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cup water


  • Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.


Tip – For less sugar, replace bananas with 1 cup of cauliflower. Cook your cauliflower first and once it's cooled, place in freezer until frozen, and use in smoothies.
