Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz asparagus
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil optional
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut off the ends of asparagus.
- Place in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, if using, and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Mix around with your hands until completely coated.
- Add asparagus to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in oven.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes depending on your desired crispiness. Serve.
Notes
Tip – If you can't find lemon pepper seasoning, then rub asparagus with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
