Garlicky Kale Salad
Ingredients
Garlicky Dressing
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
Kale
- 2 bushel kale
Instructions
Kale
- De-stem kale, wash, rinse and drain.
Dressing
- Add dressing ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add water if necessary.
- Drizzle dressing over kale and serve or massage into kale until tender.
Notes
Extra Calories – Top with 1-2 tbsp of hemp seeds or 1 cup of chickpeas.
