Cocoa Dusted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add almonds to a medium sized bowl and set aside.
- In a small sauce pan (or microwave) heat maple syrup and vanilla extract over low to medium heat.
- Pour maple syrup over almonds and mix together until almonds are completely coated.
- Transfer almonds to a zip lock bag. Add cocoa powder and sea salt to almonds and shake until completely coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
Tip – Store in a mason jar with a tight lid.
