Cheesy Burger Tater Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package tater tots
- 1/2 cup relish
- 2 cup cooked lentils
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup cheese sauce
- sriracha mayo optional
- 1/3 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan and place four tater tots in each cup. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except for cheese sauce) into a large bowl and stir with a fork until well combined. Add lentil mixture to a skillet over medium high heat for around 5 minutes.
- Remove the muffin pan from the oven and use a tamper or whatever kitchen tool you have to press the tater tots down and form into a tater tot cup.
- Fill the tater tots with the mashed lentil mixture and top with cheese sauce.
- Place the tater tots back in the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the tots from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin pan.
- Top with sriracha mayo and serve. (optional)
