Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a ramekin or oven-safe pan with cooking spray.
- In a blender combine all the ingredient until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin. Add peanut butter on top and stir some in the middle of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick inserted in the center. It's ready, when it comes out with just a couple crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving and frosting.
Notes
The baked oats will keep well in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.

I just made this and it’s lovely! I am only doing 4 starts because I didn’t make it properly so don’t 100% know what the correct way would taste like…. probably better then what I made! I had no milk so just used water, no maple syrup so used honey and no baking powder. It still hit the spot 🙂 thanks!
