ripe banana

maple syrup

non-dairy milk

baking powder

ground flax seed

cocoa powder

peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a ramekin or oven-safe pan with cooking spray.
In a blender combine all the ingredient until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin. Add peanut butter on top and stir some in the middle of the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick inserted in the center. It's ready, when it comes out with just a couple crumbs.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving and frosting.
Notes
The baked oats will keep well in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
