Snickers Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate overnight.

Recipe Notes
  • Tip - Prevent soggy peanuts by adding them to oats right before serving.
  • Extra Calories - Sub in peanut butter for powdered peanut butter or use almond butter.
  • Tip - You can also replace peanut butter with tahini or sunflower butter.
  • Lower Fat - Omit peanuts.
