Combine all of the bottom layer ingredients and let sit overnight or at least a 2 hours. Add the chia yogurt to your cups.
Blend pomegranate seeds and yogurt in a high speed blender until creamy. Pour into a bowl with 2 tbsp of chia seeds and let sit for at least 2 hours. Add your top layer to your bottom.

For toppings I added more pomegranate and dark chocolate covered chia seeds.
