  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed


  • Add ingredients into a small jar.
  • Cover with lid and shake until well combined.
  • Place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Serve cold or heat in the microwave.
