Breakfast Berry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp raisins or dates
- 2 tbsp chopped raw almonds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine banana, berries, oats and raisins in a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with almonds & cinnamon, and microwave for 1 minute. Serve warm.
