Healthy Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
Instructions
- Add ingredients into a small jar.
- Cover with lid and shake until well combined.
- Place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Serve cold or heat in the microwave.
