Sweet & Spicy Mustard Potatoes
Potatoes always hit the spot. So so yummy.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp spicy mustard (from Trader Joe's)
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- turmeric
- fresh black paper
- 2 large potatoes cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix your ingredients until creamy and then massage it onto your potatoes.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes in oven.
- Add some tomatoes and avocado on top, with romaine lettuce on the side for wraps
