Buffalo Chickpea Burgers

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 medium potato cooked
  • 1/2 cup of gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo hot sauce more or less depending on spice level
  • 1 tbsp of flax meal
  • Dried or fresh parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder


  • Add all of your ingredients to your food processor and pulse until well combined, but not mushy. 
  • Form into patties and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. 
  • Flip halfway through baking.


 I added mine to a whole wheat burger bun with kale, tomato, and vegan ranch dressing.
