Buffalo Chickpea Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 medium potato cooked
- 1/2 cup of gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of buffalo hot sauce more or less depending on spice level
- 1 tbsp of flax meal
- Dried or fresh parsley
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to your food processor and pulse until well combined, but not mushy.
- Form into patties and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
- Flip halfway through baking.
Notes
I added mine to a whole wheat burger bun with kale, tomato, and vegan ranch dressing.
